Mice in my engine

   hi all
   
   i havent posted in a while and its good to be back.
   
   anyway i have a squeaking noise coming from my alternator and it only seems to start when its been raining and water is chucked up into the engine. (its a really nasty sound as well)
   
   someone at work said i just need to tighten the belt but not sure if thats it or if its a more serious problem.

   is they any lose connections on the alternator?

   been out to try it again and it looks like it might be one of the wheels that the belt runs on looks like the wheel is twisted or lose. hummm not sure if i should be driving it now. might had 2 give the guys in orange a call.
