£407 for respray?

   Someone recently scraped my mates Corsa D when they were parking, and my mate needs it resprayed.
   
   Below I've highlighted the area that needs to be resprayed. He has been quoted £407.
   
   His car is like a glittery black...I have completely forgotten what glittery kind of paint is called. But yeh.
   
   Is £407 alot?

   That is too much i can get all of my car resprayed and smoothed out for £500 and a good job as well.

   You could prob get it a bit cheaper but like what has been said if its a reliable sprayer then i would rather pay a bit more and know your getting a good job

    dont get me wrong but black is meeant to be a hard colour to match and will be pain in arse trying to blend all that and why does roof section need doing?

    Because its one panel, and apparently the whole panel needs doing to blend

    where's the actual damage?
    
    you dont need to paint the whole pannel at all. the more area you paint, the more you need to blend in.

    rough price line here i got a quote for my car to be smoothed of any dents in the body work bonet driver doors and ns wing only tiny dents and resprayed from the roof down £600 whole car
