Window Etching Problem

   Well, When I Had My Windows Tinted, The Bloke Said the previous owner had scrapped all the black window etching off. i dont have a clue why?
   but anyway, he fitted the tints twice as i wasnt happy the first time and he covered it the best her could
   but from the outside u can see it all and its no nice, ruins the side view of the car tbh.
   just wanted to no if ther was anything i could do to make it look better?

   It look's like the tint is pealing, even tough its not....
   Yeah, you might have to get some new window's

   not that hard for new windows from a scappy , like 3 bolts, cud not have tints?
