   how much do you guys think its worth and anyone know how to install this or where can get desent instructions.

   yeah im gonna turbo my car, taking my time doing it but will get there, ive just started and only got this intercooler at the min

   get paid on monday so gonna try get a slim radiator fan so intercooler will fit behind bumper and a mf2.
   
   how much would you bid on the mf2, it looks abit tatty to me lol

   Can't remember what i paid for my MF2 - was about 3 or 4 years ago now, and i got the SigCon and injectors as well. RRP is near £200, and i think i sold mine s/h for about £100.
   
   Personally i'd ask the seller for a picture with the lid off, just to make sure its intact and no signs of something having burnt out.
   
   
   Bare in mind you will need an aftermarket MAP sensor in order to use this with boost, so thats another £50/60. Personally if doing it again, i'd go for standalone straight away - but not always financially viable. But by the time you buy this, pay someone to fit it (unless you're confident with electrics - its fairly easy as long as you're confident) and pay someone to map it (again, possible to do yourself - but would suggest buying a proper AFR gauge which will cost around £100-150) - you've paid 4 or 5 hours labour.

   I dont know much about standalone ecu's I know you run them with bigger injectors but do wires need to be cut ect or do they plug into standard ecu.
   
   Is this the same as a mf2 cause its really cheap for a brand new item.

   Nope - completly different unfortunatly. Its basically an add-on for standalone to be able control injectors that aren't the norm (due to ohmage differences or something).
   
   Most standalone ECUs, you can buy an adaptor loom that just plugs onto your existing wiring and then plugs into the standalone. However, with an 02 plate VTR, i'm guessing you've got a 3 plug ECU - which is a bit trickier to control with standalone. I think all 3 plugs have needed a custom loom made up to suit (at least with KMS)
