blow torch any good for a torsion bar?

   ive read on here that when the torsion bar is seized, to get a blow torch on it and it will free it up by expanding the metal. I no its random but is it worth getting £10-15 cooking blow torch as im trying to do it myself and dont have a real blow torch, also any tips from anyone whos freed a torsion bar with heat? thanks

   don't do it with heat. You shouldn't need to.
