do you need to cut the middle bit out of the splitter or does it come with the centre bit out.....

Do you mean the vent bits? Along the right hand side of it, there is 1 and a bit of a vent open (this is where the air duct would connect on the Ibiza) but the rest are covered, you need to cut them out as a full open splitter isnt available

Thats alright I used a hacksaw then sanded the rough edges when I did mine

Yes cut out a couple of V's on each corner and one in the middle, that should then give it the flex to bend to the shape of your bumper
