Few exhaust / manifold questions

   I have the full supersprint race only system and its rattling against the heatsheild and its really annoying! Ive tried moving the exhaust but it wont budge, ive also tried hammering the heatsheild. Any ideas?
   
   Next up i have a 4-2-1 manifold, i got it cheap and its in great condition, just wondering whether or not to put it on as it is loud atm and i dont want a crazy loud car. Any one got the full race system and a 4-2-1?
   
   Also do i have to put a brand new manifold gasket on??

   Just take the heatshield off lol!
   
   I'm assuming your cat is in the manifold so id expect it to get a bit louder, but i could be wrong!
   
   Personally i'd change the gasket just to be sure

   none of my cars have had heatsheilds on mate
   only 1 to keep is the one under the tank (kinda obvius why lol)
   
   the mani will just change the note a bit they dont really mate it much louder
