helix organic clutch

    just bought one of these,was just wondering what peoples views where on them,alot of the companys i have rang have said use this as i did not want to go for the ap twin clutch

    as long as its heavy duty enough to blast you off that start line on the strip craig it should be ok. need sum fast quarters when your g box is sorted

    it is an uprated clutch pal.not bothered about the strip just dont want it to go when driving normally like the other one

    you have a supercharger if its the helix one for about £300 you will be fine, its torque that kills clutches and the s/c doenst make massive torque so should be fine.

    yes it is the one for £300,they said it can hold 160 lb ft torque.will it be ok then,they did another one,ceramic that hold 180 but they said it is quite a noisy clutch and mainly for race use

    I've got the organic in my turbo.
    Very hard to get used to it was. Heavy too. But a very strong clutch
    I find it quite difficult swapping between my saxos, as my other one has a standard clutch in it.
    You'll definitely feel the improvement though.

    just recieved clutch today from mardi gras motorsport.

    very good clutch. takes plenty of abuse but if you want it to last don`t bother with 5k launches. as ratty stated though you having supercharger may be more sympathetic on it.
