panel filter

   i have read some where that its just as good to have replacement panel filter, as it still gets all the cold air you could need.
   
   is this true?
   any of you just uprate the standard filter?
   
   would it make a difference if u cam'd?

   I did have a K&N panel filter on mine
   
   Apparently its just as good as any induction kit.
   
   Although i prefer a bit of noise
   
   It has a good cold air feed that shitroen spend millions of pounds testing.
   
   i have a panel filter for a mk2 VTR for sale if your interested.

   just changing the panel is fine. its just if you want some extra sound and to change look of engine bay

   I got a green filter off Kam.
   I rate it, pick up in throttle response not super gains but good for the price.
