    http://www.kamracing.co.uk/manufactu...saxo-1120.html

£210 for the front plus about £50 labour for fitting

    http://www.kamracing.co.uk/citroen-s...mounts-79.html

for back £110 plus about 80-120 for the torsion bar lowering.

£450 seems a bit steep to lower it 50mm

or haven't i got the right stuff?

is this stuff necessary to lower it 50mm all round?

    recommendation welcome?

    thanks.

you can get away with just -50mm springs, no need to buy up rated dampers,

but to get the best out of the car/ suspension set up you will need up rated dampers too.

i've only got PI -50mm springs on front of my 106 gti, with standard dampers and the ride comfort is good.

yeah i was look at the rear dampers but at £70 each seems steep it was more for looks really than performance as the road here at that bad and it handles alright anyway. just as i've got 195/40/16s on it looks about 10 ft up in the air and i'm just sick of it.

yeah, i have 195/40/16's on mine, and i'm down 50mm front and roughly 60mm at back and mine handles like a go-kart mate. i haven't used up rated dampers on mine,

but like alex says, if you have the money then defo buy the uprated dampers, will improve handling even more and the dampers will be under less stress as the are designed to be used with lowering springs.

ye get that apex kit then just torsion bar lowered. i would've thought getting the front and back lowered by the same person/garage will be cheaper, jus look around for the cheapest quote, even if it means you have to travel. im driving for 1 hour 15 mins to get my torsion bar done for £75
