    Here you go guys!!!

Ever herd of Bed's Batterie (Bedford Battery)? Its based in the town cente of Bedford. They do ALL car parts, anything really. Thats where i get my parts from.

They are not over priced, if anything cheaper then on the net.

I got a drive shaft for £90 (inc VAT) but this was on the basis that when i return my old one i got £60 refunded back on my card. These are refurbished ones but when i had a look it looked new, infact i think it had a majority of new parts.

Steve_VTS, be sure to post up if you do find a cheap way to get some new driveshafts. I had a look a couple of months ago, new ones cost a bomb, and as far as I could tell vts drive shafts ent at french scappers all that much from who I gave a bell, hundreds of 1.1's etc though.

just to confirm they are over £80 then you need to pay a surcharge return your shafts to get the price back to just over £80 and they are re furbs.

Think al probs get some decent second hand ones.

    Part No : 654545851
Description : New Dshaft LH SAXO MK2 1.6 VTR

My abs works fine mate, i think its cause eurocarparts dont really know the difference between vtr/vts so have put vtr on the description
  22. #22
euro car parts or that place in teamvally that do drive shafts (at the end where the retail part is) think they are normally in the back of the yellow pages. if not, drive down and have a look around there, im sure they are still there and were pritty cheap.

not sure if euro carparts do the shafts on an exchange basis???? works out cheaper that way, they just get them re-furbed
  23. #23
Yer 1 side was on a exchange basis you would get back a surcharge back, but other was straight buy
