Hello, I'm quite new to all of these things, i have bought an universal air filter or my Citroen saxo 1.4i exclusive. i got it off ebay

Does anyone have pictures on where i should put this? do i just remove the flexi tube and just install this>?

    Many thanks!

yeah just remove standard airbox (big black box at the back that leads to your engine) and bolt the induction kit directly onto the throttle body.

you might want to keep that so you can feed some cool air to your induction kit, make it go a bit better or you'll just be sucking in hot air which is bad for power.

AH right chherz, i'll just keep the tube there. then let the air filter be close to it.. cherz!

Stick that onto your throttle body then get some ducting that goes from the cold air feed and put it somewhere near your filter so it’s getting some cold air. Should have gone for an enclosed tbh or just left it as standard.

hope my pictures helped, heres one with no ducting
Like i siad its not tataly needed, but i would buy some ducting for it instead of having it suck in hot air..

And this one shows standard duct on, you could always but some pipe from the facing to the filter

i think you can get some duct for around £12 quid, just use some cable ties and tie it behind the grill or behind the mouth of the bumper, save money and try salvage some ducting and run it from the grill / bumper . to facing the filter

Ah thankyou, i thought the cold air pipe was important.. i'll just leave mine in there and change the filter.. hehe!

    Thanks guys!
