it aint too hard, its a good way to start and learn how to do stuff on the car.
get hold of a haynes manual.
and 2 new driveshaft seals for the gearbox as well as some new fluid.
loosen wheel studs
jack car up
take wheel off
loosen the drive shaft nuts
take out the wishbone ball joint bolt
prise the wisebone ball joint off the hub (carful not to split the ball joint rubber)
pull the strut forward
drain the box oil out of the box
pull the drive shaft out.
drivers side,
same as the passenger, but you have a bearing housing along the shaft, there are 2 excentric bolts, just loosen the nuts but leave them on. spin the bolt and feel the other end, you want the lobe to be on the outside of the housing.
pull the driveshaft out.
fit the 2 new driveshaft seals (place a smear of new oil on the inner sealing lip of the seal to stop it nipping on the shaft)
fit the shafts
fit everything else in reverse of how you started
remove the black plastic filler cap on the top of your gearbox, you may need to remove your air box, using a funnel, fill the box with the recommended amount of box fluid. its all in the haynes manual
