   can someone tell me if these will fit straight onto a saxo?
   and also does anyone know how heavy they are? without tyre...

   They should fit straight on. At a worst case, you may need some 5mm spacers.
   
   I don't know how heavy they are. May be worth a call to Peugeot.

   c5 steelies (alloy) are mega light if you want lightness, and fit on aswell
