hey dudes and dudettes i've just had my new spax adjustable dampers and springs fitted and the motor is now looking hot.

But im not sure how is the best way to adjust them, i can make them hard or soft, i want it to handle like its on rails what r ur suggestions to achieve this?

Set the dampers as hard as you dare!

i found ours is suffering from a little bump steer and were going to make ours softer, probs 40/60hardness (100% hardness atm) and the other deciding factor for this is ......brittish roads are totally pish and full of pot holes and speed humps!!!!

handle like its on rails? get the tyres off the rims then get your car on the nearest train line.

Got my PSX kit on the middle settings all round - don't think I could hack them being any harder with the condition of the roads round here, haha.

haha, fully hard must be personal injury territory - i find myself weaving all over the place to avoid the pot holes now like.

the softer the better. You want the damper to control the spring but not to the extent that it becomes skittish.
Start soft and gradually make them harder is the best way. You'll notice when you go too far. Then you wind it back a click
