Cambelt

   Hi, my car's been at the garage all day having its cambelt changed and i'll be picking it tonight. its my dads mate whos doing it, and he wont be there when i go to pick it up, and i was wondering should i drive it carefully at first so it like "wears in" or is it fine to take it up to 4k rpm +

   id say its fine to thrash it straight away as long as it has been tensioned correctly.

   should be okay to drive normally. Obviously you wouldn't race the engine from cold......
