filling and spraying

   i have two dents on my door (A TW*T RAN INTO IT WITH A SHOPPING TROLLEY AT TESCOS)
   i just wondered if any one has any guides on how to fill it and spray it. i have done a bit of spraying in the past.

   how bad are the dents?
   
   they may be able to be pulled out without having to fill and re-paint if they're only shopping trolley dinks
