theyre standard shocks mate, not too hard to fit, however i dont think theyre any guides.
£40 to have fitted at a garage.

I thought standard dampers were oil filled rather than gas?
Easy to fit. Take strut off, remove spring then remove collar that holds damper. Refit is oppersite of removal.
Rear is 2 bolts on each damper, really obvious when you are looking at the rear.
