He has spent over 10k on this 106, all the work was professionally done by spooxmotorsport!
and tbh they've done a great job!
he has it all mapped(about 5 or 6 in total) and got it running perfectly and running around 340-360 bhp. cant remember exact he said...
carbon fibre bonnet and boot & door cards.
large roll cage, two buckets with harnesses. Perpex windows!

    hope you like

ive seen pictures of this on a few sites, do you have an rr graph and spec? Be interesting to see.
  3. #3
Ive seen that before, up at junction 27.
  4. #4
nah i dont personallly have the graphs but am sure he does...
it is legit bhp and really pushes the speed out from experience
  5. #5
Dont worry im not debating the power, just wanted to see the way the graph runs as im turboing mine and have only seen one graph from a 106 and that is running 340 bhp

    Looks well....................

    why two BOVs ?
  8. #8
would u not b get alot more power if it had throttle bodies aswell

personaly i think its a bit of a wast to throw 10 grand at a vts / gti engine... you could of swapped it out for somthing like a evo fq360 engine (2 litre 360bhp stock ) wich you can buy with around 40k miles for 3 grand, with 10 k you could of had like a 500bhp 4wd monster 106 lol...

I'm sure an evo wouldnt stand much of a chance against a car that barely weighs a tonne and has that much power. (if its figures are correct)

i never said buy a evo tho did i.. i said transplant a evo engine into a 106 1/4th the cost... im sure nothing would beat that...

it would cost more than 1/4 of the price to put an evo engine in a saxo/106.
    Tbh i would rather have a turbo'd saxo/106

tractions shit tbh lol, cant get power down so he's had boost reduced.

That would be pretty damn good to see a 4wd saxo, does anyone no if its been done, i no the wrc one has, but anyone on here ?

Ive seen it go before proper fast tbh.. But he kept having to stop for it to cool down.
  17. #17
not been done by anyone on any of the 106 and saxo forums, i have been looking into 4wd systems that could be used or rear wheel drive out of a pug.

"heheh" sweet i think he should put that lot into a AX... imagen being blown by that at the lights 8-)

ideally needs a bigger rad to help keep temps down, having the turbo so close to the rad heats the radiator up, i may have the same problem even though im running a rad twice the width of the standard unit.

    it does get extremely hot!
he goes on an on about thrashin scoobys and evos haha
