   how do you clean one of these,is it the case of running it under the tap?

   warm water, good scrub, then re-oil
   
   [edit] let it dry for a good few hours before re-oiling

   the oil that shudav come with it
   
   if not - a light spraying of WD40 shud do, but ur better off with the proper stuff
