    I need some ammo lol

    Basically i want to lower my furio. Not by much at all! probably only 35-40mm.

    My old man is getting in my way, keeps saying that i'll regret it!Saying he don't want it lowered (know it's my car but I always listen to him)

    I need something to say to him to convince him...help please lol

    Also where do I stand with my insurance?How much extra and what not.

    Different companies charge different amounts... Best off ringing them saying you're thinking about getting it done, and theyll tell you how much itll cost extra..

    make sure you lower it properly put a set a decent front shocks and springs and get someone to lower it who knows what there doing! dont lower the back by the clicks methed!

    I think you will never win. if u tell him you want to go faster round corners he will tell you that youll end up crashing and you shouldnt be driving fast. I say its up to you. older people dont understand modding cars, spesh when its gunna worsen the ride comfort

    When a car has been lowered properly, shocks and springs etc, as long as you dont go stupidly low it actually improves the handling, which means its safer to drive..... Thats what i told my parents. lol

    MoreThan wont cover you mate. im with them, you cant do anything that affects top speed, acceleration or handling.

    i had this with my old man years ago. i did it and he didnt even notice. then when he did i told him it had been done ages and he didnt batter and eye lid.

    worth it mate, defo. i dont think theres many people on here with a saxo that have not got their saxo lowered or that dont have plans to lower it

    Tell him that the shocks and springs are worn and need replacing - uprated parts will be cheaper than buying direct from citroen!
