can i just buy 40mm springs and keep my shocks as strd on? and what about my rear shocks? sorry im kinda new to this?

#2Yes you can lower your car on standard shocks, but they wont last as long. Also the ride will not be great. If you shop around there are some really good value suspension kits out there

#6cheer ill have to sort summit out before its xmas, sold out on ther, ive looked around on internet and suspension doesnt look to hard to change, i dno about the rear shocks if ill be able to get streight into it or not

Changing the rear shocks is very simple. The most difficult bit you'll find is adjusting the torsion bars, theres plently of guides and info on here though to help you -

#10i read about on the forum that people have just used 50mm on strd front shocks and to lower the rear all i do is lower the torsion bars with the strd shocks? mmmm sounds cheaper way>?
