   big 5" exhaust, put some chrome wheels on the shinyness makes them run quicker, but you will also need good brakes so i'd say put in some lexus lights, they help you brake better...

   6" sun strip reduces drag so makes you faster. 5inch slash cut jap can with a "burnt" look tip is good for at least 40bhp

   Most cheap ways are
   
   Breathing mods: Manifold, de-cat, center pipe, back box, enclosed induction kit.
   
   Strippage: remove seats, trims, roof lining, carpet, speakers etc.

    racing stripes... if there done sloppy you only get 20bhp but if done right for maximum performance you can get 60bhp!! youll be beating vts's off the line

    On a serious note.. fill your tyres up with hellium... Its lighter then air so in turn makes your car faster as theres less weight on the road.

    Easy and cheap to do -
    
    strip and GE quickshift
    
    otherwise start at enclosed induction and exhaust
    
    then look at manifold
    
    then sort suspension and brakes
    
    then cams and remap
