painted engine, looks loads better.

   got my engine painted up yester day, think it looks loads better, and much neater. what do you think. cost me £30 it paint and the new pipe for the filter. well worth it.

   Painter both the battery tray and the ECU tray with black smooth hamerite paint, the spark plug cover with spray on smooth black hamerite, the ecu with the smooth spray on hamerite, all round the engine with black paint on high heat paint (doesnt work on exhaust manifold!) new air filter pipe, both the rocker covers and the air filter silver and laqured, chrome battery cover. new chrome and black breather valve filter, re posisioned sub fuse. soon to come, silver or chrome strut brace.

   cheers, is they anything else i could do? can i get an exhaust manifold shield/cover for the vts? ive seen them for the vtr but cant find them for mine?

   couldnt you heat wrap that manifold ?? or is it to late as its a tad rusty ??

   get some heatwrap on the manifold
   
   youll need to take it off to wrap it but it looks loads better imo
   plus it keeps temps in the bay down

    I would get a red strut brace as supposed to a black or silver one as it would stand out from everything else.
    But out of black and silver i would go for one of the special edition grey omp upper strut braces

    Yeah, got the cash then saw it written off 35miles later lol.
    
    Hopefully buying on ethis weekend, cant hack being without a car anymore
