vt struts different to 1.1?

    are the fronts struts different on a vtr/s compares to a 1.1?

    yes they have the arb droplink mount but the 1.1 doesnt

    but are the srings the same size?

    depending on 1.1 the caliper mount holes are different aswell the VT ones used same sized caliper bolts to hold caliper on on some lower spec models had a gay big bolt and little bolt arrangement.

    But they dotn have the the drop link arb as alex said they usually have the wishbone mounted ones

    ah yea the 3 studs were odd

    the 4 stud i had was the vt arrangemant

    Unless the car is W Reg.
    It is wise to swap from the same year car.

    Im guessing you are making a 3 stud to 4 stud conversion here.

    no i got a 02 plate im just getting some srings but they were from a vts.
