Which oil?

   My oil needs topping up slightly on my 97' VTS, I have no idea what oil is in it at the moment, so can any one suggest which I get to top it up with?

   change the oil all together, its an easy job to do.
   
   also it depends how much your willing to spend on the oil etc.
