in the new year i am most likely going to get these catcams

and i will need to get the car remapped, rolling road etc. where would be the best place to get it done in kent/sussex?

708 will need a map to see the full potential yes
but can be run unmapped (its lumpy though)

not sure n that area for good mappers though sorry
most guys will say wayne at chipwizards is good but its a bit of a drive

ok, thought so. bhp wise, would it be around 150ish?

bhp depends on whos rollers your on, from all peoples results the can go either way as much as 5bhp from 150. some 145 and some 155.

also find look at what people are running in terms of manifolds and exhausts and see whos had the best out come with what parts.

btb manifold is expensive and quite big, hangs to low, fitting it is rubbish in terms of getting in with a spanner to fit studs, my old ashly manifold fittted with ease and was nice and in place, not to bulky! and not that expsnive

ummm why bother if its for sale?

With these cams, cars are rolling roaded regularily between around 145bhp
But it depends on many things, how many miles has the engine, it depends of remapping. But in each case it will a lot of differences then now. i'm running newman PH3, it has a lot of differences that whit standard cams

because due to this current financial climate, nothing is selling, and im not going to give it away. if i can sell it i will. im just looking at all the possibilities if i keep it.

i live in kent and got mine mapped at sanspeeds in bexleyheath. i rate them highly they mapped and timed my vtr and got 122bhp with only cam and exhaust and k'n air filter on a boiling hot day. they also deal with rally saxos in there. might be a bit of a trip tho from east sussex but it's closer than chipwizards.

i took it back to them the other week after i changed mine headgasket and it messed up the timing and valves weren't opening and it's even better now than it was before the head gasket went. than also managed to get mine emissons legal even though i have a decat lol.
