pillar covers

   im thinking about getting 106 gti black pillar covers to replace the horrible creamy coloured ones in my vts. are they easy to be taken off? and do the 106 ones fit alright? i know the front pillars in the gti's do not have sensor holes for the central locking, but can thr sensors be harmed in any way if they are not in the caseing? cheers

   they simply clip in mate
   
   and the sensors are the alarm not central locking and not being in the housing will cause no damage

   i just took mine out, sanded them smooth then primed and sprayed them black
   
   looks sweet and fit perfect, as they were in the car in the first place

   i dont know about the sensors as i didnt have any in my vtr, they are all a straight fit, got a full set for £10 and they all went straight in
   
   there easy enough to change aswell, just gotta remove a couple of bolts holding the seat belts in
