Clutch

   All of a sudden when I stick the clutch down it seems much stiffer and squeaks? Feels like its on a really tight spring? Also when its down i can hear knocking from the front of the car, kind of like a squeaking noise? Any ideas anyone?

   sounds like the release bearing has gone
