#2No slave cylinders on the clutch, they're cable on these. So could be snapped cable (did the pedal go to the straight to the floor?), fooked release bearing, or possibly even the fork arm. Could even be the gearbox itself.

If its the release bearing, it'd be worth getting a whole new clutch, think you're looking at about 70 quid (ish) for the clutch kit itself. Fitted, you'd be looking at between 150 and 200.

#3Sounds like clutch cable - £50/£60(including labour)
Or release bearing.(not sure on price of release bearing).
EDIT .. I'VE JUST SEEN THIS IN RECENT SAXO QUERIES AND PROBLEMS.
Apologies.
Bug? -
#4Or pressure plate mate

#5has gear stick gone floppy at all? if so its as simple as an external gear linkage has come adrift and either needs clipping back on or replacing. highly unlikely that clutch problems are going to leave you stuck in gear tbh

#6Mine did this was gearbox gone

#7sounds like its popped off the gearlinkage underneith your car

#8Has no one seen the date on this?
