Query regarding Miltek Mani + Piper 285

   Hey,
   I currently have a Miltek Sports cat manifold. Simple question, If I was to fit a Piper 285 cam, would my car still pass an MOT?

   doubt any one will know the answer to that dude, just be trial and error.
   Cant remember if richies just passed its mot with standard cam and his janspeed sports cat manfiold.
