Magnex Exhaust Louder?

   hi
   
   I've got a Mangex full system which a got off a mate. Was off a mark one Saxo beacause it got a de-cat pipe on, it's fits my mark Saxo fine.
   
   My Magnex only really only makes noise after 3500 Revs. I aslo don't want to change the Magnex backbox as I think it suits the Saxo perfectly. And I don't want it De-catted
   
   So what can I do? Could I use a new middle section? Want a little but more sound and tone.

   you can't really increase the sound unless you take out the middle silencer and decat the car.

   if you got a decat manni n took off the magnex silencer it could help but magnex are pretty quiet.

   all magnex's make more noise after 3500 that was one of the main reasons people fitted them as they wernt loud when pottering about.
   
   can change the centre to an abp magnex centre it has no silencer, but tbh its too loud and hurts your years.
   I would just keep what you have mate.
   
   Or look to get another exhaust.

   They are very well made and nice sounding exhausts.
   
   Not everyone wants a saxo that has more sound than go

   My magnex was awesome build quality tbh
   couldnt fault it at all. Bends were nice and smooth with same diamatre threw ought, unlike my supsersprint which is rough and radge imo
   
   Still preffer to have a supersprint though

    about magnex the ones ive seen seem ok
    just caust people now prefer a pea shooter doesnt mean there bad
    
    for noise id get a straight through centre to drop the middle box
    it might make a bit more noise

    i think mines loud tbh
    but i love it
    but its only a 2" with a 3" box so wont be as loud as the big power cars with 2.5" ect

    magnex sond ok but there boomy i have a piper straith through decat n a 4-1 manifold

    my car hasn't got a silencer on. So a supersprint middle.

    tbh all exhausts i have had dont really get loud till higher up the revs.

    Might just be mine but mines loud from 3500rpm, std mani and decat with centre silencer.
    
    I wouldnt want it any louder, id look/sound like a cunt.

    i thought mine was loud tbh with same set up on the VTR and VTS.
    From outside anyway.

    ill agree completely, my magnex is to quiet ive got the back box and middle section, think im gonna get a decat and then a 4-2-1 manifold seems to be what everyone reckons.

    super sprint centre pipe, makes them very loud or get your centre box cut out and a bit of pipe welded in or take your exhaust off pour some thinners or petrol ontp your baffles and set them a light. it should burn most of them off and then it would be loud. not a fan of loud exhausts thogh tbh, i had a centre pipe with no baffles in on my magnex back box and in aq stripped out car it gets very annoying trust me, eprcially on long motor way journeys. hope thid helps
