   does anyone know if you can drop a new model VTR motor into an older model vtr and still use all the old wiring etc, or do you need the loom and ecu, ignition/immobiliser and keys etc?

   i aint got a clue, but i wud think it depended on if it was a 90 or 98 bhp engine wudnt it? cos 90 has 1 ecu plug and 98 has 3

   need the loom, ecu, keys etc... if its a 3 plug going to a 1 plug or vice versa

   cheers , was just looking into it.
   i knew that you needed the whole shabang to fit a vts motor wasnt sure if it was the same to fit a vtr to vtr motor.
