Bush Removal?

Whats the best way to remove bushes?

I've bought brand new Track Control Arms and they said they wouldn't come with bushes in, just the ball joint.

But i opened them and the bushes are in there!

    Lol just looked Steve!

Might just take them somewhere to be done. assuming ill have to have my poly ones pressed in?

just use a hole cutter to take the metal casing out the middle then use a screwdriver/thin chissel and hammer to crack and peal the outer casing in! managed to get the bushes out the rear beam in about a minute each

poly ones just push in by hand
depends which bush you do the middle front wishbones have a metal sleeve which you haveto hack at with a saw and chizzle out.

Rears have some hard plastic ones, which was a pain for my as i couldnt keep it on fire for ages because of wiring and fuel tank, so better if axel fully off car.

take the beam off, or use a screw driver to break them.

theres also the rear bushs on the front wishbone.

Most people would use a blow torch.

    burn those mother fuckers out!

get a wet rag over new ball joint to stop it melting, although my wishbones bar where i was burning didnt get too hot at all tbh.
Burn them out then hammer it so the metal insert falls out.

Then need to hack at the metal sleeve on the outer edge.

i didnt take my rear beam off for bushes, didnt take long at all

as they are not on the car and i like fire, i would burn them out

i got my rears out and then burnt them on the drive just cos it would annoy my knob head of a neighbour
