   take the black plastic trim off 4m inside the boot and then take off the moter 4 it, then get a gromit un sure off the size to cover hole

   dont force off wiper arm if it wont come easy as you'll smash the window, you may have to hacksaw it off.

   have a read of this. As said though if it ain't coming off easy, don't force it and have some wd40 at the ready
