Will gear linkage rods off a 1.1 saxo fit a VTS?

   As the title says, I'm interested to know if gear linkage rods off a 1.1 Saxo will go on my VTS as I'm pretty certain mine have gone as it absolutely will not go into 5th gear now, it did for a few days, but kept poppin out, but from today it just wont go. I have a mate with some for a 1.1 but i'm doubtful they'll fit..
   Anyone with any info or advice is greatly appreciated.

   Yeah they should do m8, any aftermarket ones that ive seen say that they fit any tu engined saxo which They both are i think.
