supersprint manifold

   anybody know where does these 4 branch manifolds for the vtr and how much? ive been quoted £286 plus VAT plus delivery from my local car shop, jus tryin to see if theres anywhere i could possibly get it a bit cheaper.

   i'd go for a gmc manifold. £180-£200 depending on whether you have a phase 1 or phase 2 vtr.

   heard the supersprint was best for power gains, is the gmc one any good?? its a mk1 vtr...

   Gmc have a good reputation and havnt had one myself so couldnt comment although i have had a ss manifold 4-2-1 on my mk 1 90bhp vtr and for gains its the business! takes away the struggle past 4k an more. i paid 300 odd from demon tweeks over a yr ago
