   Depends on what your planning but you can use standard oil as long as you have sufficient cooling and not going to mad. Never harms to go to a good quality fully synthetic. Or are you planning BIG power?

   well its runing about 12 psi on mf2 and sigcon, big rad, oil cooler with stat and good sized intercooler.
   
   running on 10w40 but is abit smokey

   smokeyness will be down to other issues I used 10w40 no problems in mine

   i use Valvoline 20w50 fully synth
   
   dont go lower than 10w40, 0w40 mobil 1 will kill your turbo very quickly (which is a shame cos i get it free )
