What brakes/callipers to use??

   i'm looking to upgrade my brakes pretty soonish
   
   was thinking gti6 disc's or xsara disc's. (will theese be a direct fit...cuz i've been told xsara disc go straight on and gti6 disc need a bit of grinding)
   
   but i'm sure my standard callipers wont fit....is that right???
   
   i have no problem finding disc's
   
   but where the %$^ can i get hold of a decent set of callipers......more importantly what callipers is highly recomended.
   
   i'll use the car on maybe 2-3 track days but its generally for road use.
   
   any tips........for a decent big brake conversion i.e parts needed
   
   i dont know shit on what fits or not so can any1 help

   firstly search dude! secondly yer xsara vts discs and calipers go on i had to grind the strut slightly, urm no the standard saxo calipers wont fit you need the calipers off the gti6/xsara vts or what ever go to the scrappies or try the for sales i payed 100 quid for my xsara vts calipers and disc good cond.... helpfull?

   if your goign to do that might be worth a new master cylinder adn adjust the pedal up check out the sticky at the top fo this page for that
