polished engine covers

   Just wondered every ones opinion on the stainless / mirror finish covers you can get for the battery, ecu cover etc. How you think they look

   imo they look shite. but other people might like them.

   its a 50/50 thing some people like them some dont.

   I think it looks good as long as you dont go over the top with all the stainless in the bay.

   I got some chrome crap in mine lol, but nothing really fitted correctly as i have a non standard battery, the ecu cover needed modified and the brake fluid resevoir one needs modding, i ended up scratching a few and they looked crap so took a wire brush to them to make them look like brushed aluminium
   
   will all be going when the s lump come, maybe ill carbon it up if i have the money

   Think that looks ok pred, i was thiking about doing it as it would cost me nothing, i am a welder fabricator at a sheet metalwork company, and we have tons of all types of sheet metal

   Bling no more though ferg, i really want to paint them all matt black but tbh, dont see the point if im changing the engine

    what make is than induction kit you have on there pred, looks similar to the raceland but the scoop looks smaller and seems to fit better

    I dont like all that chrome nonsense plus you get blinded when you work on engine in the sunlight lol.

    Its the green enclosed mate was 210 from euro car performance a few year back now
