Standard VTR Alloys, Painted.

  1. #1
To be honest, at the moment im skint....lol

Ive noticed a few saxo's with standard VTR alloys but just painted.

1, Is this going to look any good (As i dont want to waste time and money doing it and it will suck...)

2, How the bleeding hell do you go about it, and how much will it cost?

    Oh and another question....

Lower my VTR by 35mm or 60mm?

    Thanks for the help.

lower by 60mm mate!! paint alloys are a piece of piss mate, sand right down to the metal, (can fill any kurbing if you want tthem looking near perfect) few coats of primer, slight sanding inbetween coats, 3-4 coats of chosen colour then couple of coats of laquer, leave to dry, job done!

But with the 60mm, wouldnt I need to replace more than just the springs?

if you want them black mate go to pound land under coat & gloss black paint, dont be put off thinking its crappy poundland,it looks ok when done
