raceland induction on blacktop vtr help

    i think ive got how to fit it sussed except one thing

    the pipe that comes from the left of the air box goes in to the chrome pipe and a breather filter on the one coming from the rocker cover (or what ever it is lol) is that right?

    what happens to the sensor that is in the top right part of the air box?

    just leave it hanging down it will be fine. done this with mine and its ok

    i may drill a hole in the pipe just to stick it in

    in the rubber sleave pipe just cut a little hole then screw the sensor into it. clean out the rubber shavings and fit to the car
    thats what i did till the vts lump went in

    that sounds a bit easier that drilling

    literally takes 2 mins to do, poke a hole screw the sensor in give a clean refit

    sparco tom, what did you do with the hole that was left in the induction kit for the breather filter? Whats that in the pic you have connnected to it?

    icv pipe, car ran shit without it connected to the raceland. i only had that filter on for a day before doing the engine conversion, was a waste of money haha

    i have a question for you, does it stink of oil when you put your heaters on when the car is stationary?

    usually rocker cover breathers make it smell really bad of oil!

    Would i be able to drive about without a filter or pipe until i find a decent pipe. I cant find one anywhere
