Will these alloys fit?

   Right just recently bought some alloys off ebay £120 brand new. The guy said they will be fine for the saxo but i just need a second opinion before i go get some tyres.
   
   he said the tyre size is 165/65R14 does that sound right?
   wheel spec 6" x 14", PCD 4/108, Offset 15
   
   anyone recommend any particular tyres? will prob be getting them online and use will just be usual town driving no track etc.
   
   the car is a 1.1 saxo with 14" steels on at the moment not lowered and flat arch
   
   alloys are these, the picture shows 5 stud one but i will be getting 4 stud ones http://tyremen.myshopify.com/products/14-cms-c1-citroen

   right found out the tyre size is 165/65R14 Luckily these are the same as what i have on the steels
   
   think al buy 2 new for the front and take the back two from the steels if possible
