   Oreet guys and gals.
   
   I bought my saxo vtr lowered 60mm and then due to unforseen circumstances I had to get a new rear axel put on which was just standard
   
   The front end is still lowered but the rear looks ballbag. lol.
   
   Rang the garage that fitted the new rear axel and he said he charges £150 to lower the torison bar for me, but I shouldnt do it as it "f*cks it".
   
   
   Will it cause any damage?
   How much do you think is reasonable to pay for it to get done?

   what are the other ways of lowering it then lol ? confused

   if you do it the 'clicks method' then yes it does fcuk your beam as the baring wear grooving in it.
   
   however, it would have made alot more sense to lower it before fitting it to the car or lower it whilst fitting it. in effect he is now charging you twice

   havent done mine yet but i know tweeks and abp charge around 120-150 for the rear

    i got mine done when i got my springs fitted but Manic Motors does it fro £40+ depending on if its seized or not

    £40!!!!!!!!! thats a very good price if you got it done for that.
    
    You'll be looking at more like £80 plus to get the torsion bar done

    Well i cant imagine it to be seized or anything, as its only just had a new rear axel put in like 3 weeks ago.
    
    Just been having a look at Manic motors, and for the extra £100 i'd save travelling 2 1/2 hours I might aswell go there, take it these guys do it properly hugh.
