106 xsi roof...will it fit a saxo??

   Hi guys, we need to weld a plate over the sunroof ready for racing this year, we also have a 106 xsi mk1 which we are robbing parts from that is sat on the drive and going to be scrapped, just a thought, the xsi doesn't have a sunroof, is it the same as the saxo and how easy would it be to fit?? Also are the windscreens the same??

   Im not 100% but sure the roof is the same but not sure on the windscreen.
   
   Maybe just get a tape measure to find out
