is it worth it??

   right at end of the month a mates fitting me a clutch and quick shift for £40. was just woundering would it be worth putting a 1.1 gear box in as my box is about to go any ways i have a 1.4 westcoast just woundered if it be worth it would i notice any acceleration gains??
