hi when i change gear fast in 2nd and 3rd it goes into gar ok but makes abit off a crunch

are you pushing the clutch in?

mine used to do this if i changed too fast but since i got a powerflex lower engine mount it goes into gear quicker and easier and has also stopped crunching.

Could be worn linkages, however, it could be the synco bearings in the box, only about £60 for a set but you have to strip it to bits. Pain in the arse

to spookyrist, ur clutch is slipping by the sounds of it. Did u change it whilst u had the box out? either that or the friction plates contaminated with oil causing it to slip

yer does sound like its slipping, so get your box off again and check the clutch possibly replace it
