painting grill

hi i have a silver mk2 furio and its got a mesh grill with chrome around the outside, i dont like the chrome bit and want to paint it, what would look better if it was colour coded or black?

Quick question, im looking to colour code my grill black with my black saxo, and i think white mesh could look good, but where do you get it from? Ive only need black and stainless in halfords?

just get some mesh and spray it yourself, ive never seen anywhere that sells white mesh so i think the diong it yourself route may be needed on this one mate, an mesh is pretty cheap so if it goes tits up just start again

The only place Ive seen mesh is halfords. But £25 for a 90cm x 30cm does seem abit steep, any tips? What about places like B&Q, the stuff used for garden fencing? Id presume thats quite durable stuff and probably much cheaper?

you can pretty much find mesh anywhere really, b&q yeah they do it and also other places, if all else fails, use the meaning of life - google

I'd paint it black mate tbh. Ive just strarted doing mine, cutting the slats out now and bought black mesh to put back.
