   A friend just had his dads punto given to him. New shape punto, 1.2 8v active.
   
   Now he's telling me it's got a turbo...He said his mate told him he has an 'electric turbo' lmao I popped the hood and asked him to show it me and it was...his heater blower lmfao
   
   But he still saying it's a turbo because of how quick it is...slow as dog shit
   
   anyone garauntee me that it's not a turbo? It's standard which is why I don't think it is lmfao

   how wnt it be a turbo jus because its a 1.2? in all relity it probly isnt, there are only a couple of tyes of electric turbo and they are quite expensive, that do actually work, if it had 1 of these i think his dad would have been made aware when he bought it and the 1s that do work require extra battery etc

    unless some donut with to much money an no sense put a turbo on a 1.2 punto then no its standard th gt was the turbo model that was a 1.4 so tell him to hush up an swallow pride its a 1.2 8VALVE SLOW ASS FIAT

    You can get turbo conversions done on the 1.2 8v. When there done there actually quite quick. This is a popular engine conversion that people put in to cinqucentos!! lol. How there street sleepers lol. I had punto gt and there 1.4. The early uno turbos are 1.3! I would bet money that this wont be turbo tho. And i believe those electric things are quite big so would be farely easy to spot! What did he have before? A supercharged LPG powered moped?

    saxo_vtr123p i dont have any pics m8 but if you do a search im sure youl find it, beleive it or not there are actually a couple of electric turbos that do work, i beleive 1 of the is the "knight electric turbo or supercharger" or something like like. google it youl see. theyre quite expensive, probs near enought hte same as a real turbo but it has been done, requires alot of extra batteries and such i beleive
