Power Steering ?

   I recently bought a 2000 Saxo Forte 1.1, As I have mentioned in a thread before, my steering is extremely heavy so I assumed I didnt have PAS. But Speaking to the previous owner, he seems to think it does have it and must need some fluid etc.
   
   On the original spec it doesnt say the car had PAS, I cant get under the car to look and I cant see a Res under the bonnet, Where should i look in the engine bay for the reservoir ?

   On my vtr its at the bottom right near the rad really easy to spot, but then again iv got the bonet up for like 3 mins just to check it out so i might be wrong.

   resavoir would be on the back of the slam panel
   the giveaway is the pump
   its a big black cylender infront of your gearbox
   
   no pump=no pas
   
   a 1.1 forte didnt have it as standard so the likelyhood is it doesnt

   Its really annoying me I cant find it anywhere ! Only caps I can see is washer and brake fluid, coolant and oil, where is my PAS !

   right heres a piccy
   
   look just in front of the battery on the slam panel
   see the little tiny white cylender with th black cap
   thats the pas resavoir

   If its the bottle neck on the lower right, im missing that then ! Oh well, no PAS for me !

   didn thinkyou would have tbh
   
   fortes are the basic spec apart from one model
   that had very limited amout of stuff to keep them chep to produce
   mine had nothing in it at all

   Driving without PAS is no biggie, you probbly just used to PAS
